It is not easy to provide information to the right audience. We want to:
	Provide to the general public an introduction what Scouting is all about.
	Display organizational structure to parents and fellow leaders.
	Provide information and guidance to parents and fellow leaders.
	Show off the accomplishments of our Cub Scouts.

In a book store the solution is simple; there are lots of books and, people buy the book with the right view point. However, here on the internet it is more complex: Cross referencing is the name of the game, but to label all pointers correctly makes the text about as readable as a law book . Also, we are a small number of volunteers, and can not provide information from all angles. While the internet is not the primary media for scouting, it can be an excellent media for adult leaders to exchange ideas and share resources with packs world wide. We hope that anyone visiting our Web Site finds it not only interesting and informative, but fun as well. To protect both our Scouts and Adult Leaders, and ensure their right to privacy, the followings measures will apply to all entries at this site:

	No Cub Scouts Home Addresses will be listed.
	No Cub Scouts Home Phone Numbers will be listed.
	Have knowledge of and respect for cultures and social groups other than their own.
	Only (occasionally) the First Initial and Last Name will be used when identifying a minor.
	We will only show the Full Names of individuals whose name would also appear in a council newsletter.
	Adult Leaders will be identified with a First Name and Last Name. (Unless they individual specifically requests that their full name not be listed)
	Only the email addresses of those leaders who wish to have them listed will appear.

Additionally, This is NOT an official publication of either Boy Scouts of America, the Crossroads of America Council of Boy Scouts of America, the Del-Mi District in the Crossroads of America Council of the Boy Scouts of America or Cub Scouts Pack 107 in the Del-Mi District of the Crossroads of America Council of the Boy Scouts of America. In fact, most web pages haven't even been read by the officials in charge. And even if some person officially in charge would read a page and approve of its content, it still would not make it official.
